Oi Elo - We just had Thanksgiving last Thursday and Friday - so things might have been a little delay because of the holiday. Try giving NVC a call, and asking =)

Hi everyone,

I wonder how many days NVC, takes time to send our case to the consulate (Rio de Janeiro) my NOA 2 was approved on November 22.

Ola Elo!!...Am also waiting for our date for my wife's interview in Rio...I hope we get something this month.

OK.. MAS SERA QUE VAI DEMORAR MAIS QUANTOS DIAS??? DEMORA QUANTAS SEMANAS PARA SE ENVIADO PARA O CONSULADO?

my case went through NVC fast, NOA2 dated 17th, NVC get the case 21th and it went to embassy the 23th.

K1 Journey

06-29-2010: Sent I-129F

06-30-2010: CSC receives package

07-07-2010: CSC NOA1 Dated.

07-08-2010: CSC Check cashed.

07-12-2010: Received Hard Copy of NOA1.

10-27-2010: Touched.(I hope it means they work on my case.)

11-16-2010: Touched.(Come on NOA2, Day 132, still waitting)

11-16-2010: NOA2 Dated.

11-22-2010: NVC DAted.

11-26-2010: NVC to Guang Zhou Consulate

12-17-2010: GZC issued the P3.

12-24-2010: GZC sent out the P3.

12-25-2010: We got the P3 from GZC.

12-25-2010: GZC Got the P3 from us.

01-28-2011: P4

02-11-2011: Medical.

02-14-2011: Paper Work intake and Fingers Print.

02-15-2011: Interview!!!

02-14-2011: US time, We got PINK, Best V-day gift ever.

03-02-2011: POE LAX.

my case went through NVC fast, NOA2 dated 17th, NVC get the case 21th and it went to embassy the 23th.

It should be going soon. I think ours took about a week or so. I called them maybe 4 days after our NOA2 was approved (online status) and they said they had not received the case yet. But when I called on day 5 or so they had already sent it out to Rio. It didn't take very long for Rio to receive it. We got our interview date shortly after. Acho que nao demora muito mais nao. Pode ficar ligando para saber se ja foi para o Rio. Tudo de bom!

Elo, meu NOA2 chegou dia 22/11, mas é datado de 16/11, o meu noivo acabou de me ligar dizendo que o NVC já enviou pro Rio dia 24/11, eu assumo que já deve estar lá...no flowchart diz que demora de 3 á 5 dias úteis pra chegar no destino...

enfim, acho que seu caso já deve ter sido enviado tbm...pede pro seu noivo ligar nesse número e perguntar...202 663 1225, e discar as opções 1,4,1,0.

Espero que eles mandem a data da entrevista logo!!! e tomara que a nossa seja junta!!

Oi Rafa, obrigada pela noticia, estou preocupada porque dizem que as vezes o consulado nao enviao o tal pakt 4 comunicando-se da nossa entrevista. Vou pedir para Joey entrar em contato com eles, hoje enviei um email para o consulado do Rio vou esperar resposta. Tomara que nossa entrevista seja no mesmo dia e se você nao tiver onde ficar no Rio poderemos ficar no mesmo hotel.

Seria ótimo mesmo se ficassemos no mesmo hotel...já dava pra economizar :thumbs:

Vou mandar um email pra eles tbm perguntando se o case já ta lá..

Se eles te responderem me avisa qual foi a resposta, e o mesmo comigo..te aviso quando eles responderem.

Ja que foi para o Rio pode mandar email para o consulado, e eles dirao a data de entrevista. Nossa entrevista demorou um mes so para chegar. Prepare! :) Tudo de bom!
