ok got a question, I finally got a chance to really look at my letter, and I just want to check it is what I think it is.

It says

"The above application has been recieved by our office and is in process. Our records indicate your personal information is as follows:

D O B: xxxxxxxx

Address where you live: xxxxxxxxxxx

Please verify your personal information listed above and immediately notify our office at the address or phone number listed below if there are any changes.

Upon reciept of all record checks, you will be scheduled to apear for an interview at your local USCIS field office.

Is this an RFI ? or just because we moved house fairly recently ( yes I informed them )

Also I am assuming since I had my biometrics done around this time last year they are not sending me again...maybe...will this make the process faster?

i got the same notice and it says the same thing. this is just the standard receipt that notifies you that they received the application and the money and giving you a chance to review your information and make sure all is correct. there should be another NOA regarding the ASC fingerprint appointment. good luck to all

DC Sparrow, you didn't give out any information about when your checks were cashed or your NOA. so what is it exactly that you want to be updated on your case??????. when the USCIS cashes your check that will be the next update but all the information you gave was tha you sent the package and the package was delivered. anyway it's up to you, i can take you off the list. please let me know if you want that

03/09/2011 I received my Oath letter scheduled for 03/23/2011 in Oakland, CA

03/23/2011 Finally became a US Citizen, it was a great Experience for the Oath Ceremony in Paramount Theatre.

03/24/2011 I applied for the Passport at San Francisco Passport Agency

03/25/2011 I received the Passport, FINALLY US Citizen, thanks god :-)
