Again, there is no evidence in recent history to back up your claim that the GOP having gained a majority in the house will help the recovery. As I pointed out earlier, the only recovery that the GOP shepherded as the majority party in the House was that of the early 2000's - and that recovery sucked. It didn't produce any jobs for a year and a half after the recession came to an end and had a dismla job creation record the years after. The recovery resulted in a lost decade. That's a fact. Go back to the voo-doo altar of trickle down and do your worshipping. Absent of evidence to support the claim that trickle-down economics are a functioning concept, it takes faith - lots of faith - to still believe that it actually works.

I will take 6 years worth of the economy under Bush and the rep congress over the last 4 years the dems had congress any day. Cry all you want but those pols that think like you were shown the door last month. Taxes will not be raised on small business, the dems will not get the chance to sink the weak recovery that we are having despite the dems best efforts to sink it over the last 2 years. It is amazing really at the resilience of our economy and our financial system. The dems have done everything they could to sink it and it still managed to recover, albeit a very weak one. It took the American people 4 years to realize its mistake by giving congress back to the dems. I am so glad they saw the error of their ways while there is still time to salvage the disaster that they might have caused.

You weren't. I never suggested you were. What I am saying is that you are one of the fools that fell for their trickle-down sales pitch and hence one the "them" that they are laughing about. It's really hard to believe that so many fell for that #######.

Supply side worked. I am glad we had Reagan to show us the way. Your tax and spend types screwed things up. That is why they were shown the door last month. Like I said, he who laughs last....

The last one before the recovery. At least we might really have a recovery rather than this stagnation we got from the dems. The bad thing is that Obama will be able to claim credit for the recovery and may get re-elected because of it. I guess it is better than the depression we would have had if the reps hadn't have won.
