Well I was hoping to be able to squeak in under the old appointment system but it wasn't meant to be. LOL. So it is Dec. 01st. I have my NOA2 in hand as well as my NVC case number. Here are my questions.

I plan on paying for the VISA interview fee ($350) this Thursday. I should be able to make the appointment within 24 hours. How long does it usually take before my Fiancee recieves her letter from the embassy that she is eligible for appointment scheduling? She is in Bohol.

Does she need this letter so she can get the medical exam completed or will they mail her an appointment confirmation letter that she will need for the medical exam.

The new scheduling website looks decent but I have seen a few issues. It appears to be based around the 160 app. which we dont use for K-1 in PH. You can download and print your appointment letter for the medical exam but has anyone actually tried this yet? That would be great because I can mail it to her faster than the PH mail system can.

VJ should make a sticky about our experiences using the new system. It could be benifit.
