Hi everybody, I have been trying to sign-in our case in USCIS but could not get through... this message keep popping up: "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283." Put down 10x but still could not get through... does it mean d petition been approved? Thanks!

It unfortunately doesn't mean anything except the software glitch in the USCIS website.

If the NVC has sent your husband "something" then you are no longer with the USCIS but at the NVC stage. Are you waiting for your NOA2?

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

Halo, done with NOA2 already... we are waiting for the interview date. Been trying to sign-in to check our case but could not get through. Everybody told me that once you cant sign-in... petitions approved already but want to make sure. Do u know where to check the case status online aside from USCIS?

Oh, I was also confused initially with USCIS site

Now USCIS is history for you.

Basically, you are not able to sign in in NVC payment portal. This is called NVC SIF. This is good indication that your case at NVC is almost completed. Now talk to the NVC operator when is the Case completion happens. Once CC is done, NVC will schedule your interview date in 1 to 2 weeks time.

I think Manila Consulate gets interviews in 1 to 1.5 months time after NVC case completion, now-a-days.

You're on the wrong website.

Go here:

https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

And sign in with your NVC case # and IIN, if you get SIGN IN FAILED, that means case is complete or near completion.

Good luck!

Ok, you do not have a timeline in your signature so I was not certain. Loto and Nica has provided the answers so I won't repeat them. Good luck...you are super close.

I was also confused as friends who applied the same keep telling me to check in USCIS but I keep telling them that we are already in NVC. Thanks for clearing this up. I can still sign-in to NVC payment portal but now I am wondering why NVC keep telling my husband to check my email all the time? They said they sent a package to my husband (they told him that 3 weeks ago) until now havent received them yet. Do u have any idea what they sent him? They also said that all papers are in and no problem at all... but I am still worried about it.

Thanks Nica, I can still sign-in so does it mean our papers still in process and not yet completed? I am kinda worried about the date that they have posted in the site. We paid d immigrant visa July using money order but in the site they said we paid them just last month Nov. 10. would that affect everything?

any bit of information is helpful. You can put the basics in your signature and more detailed items in your timeline. It helps other members who may face a similar situation one day know where your "visa journey" led you. Thanks.
