We are all looking forward for a faster approval of our cases. Got this link from uscis.gov about IR I-130

Good luck to each and everyone of us!

My husband received the official receipt of NOA1 just this week.

so they have provided an email as I-130Inquiries.Tsc@dhs.gov so can i assume we can also send one to I-130Inquiries.Csc@dhs.gov? I say yes. This is where i will turn to first should my case hit the 4 month mark.

it will be assigned in about 10 days and since a visa # is not available as yet they are not likely to send out any documents... but a letter saying there are no visa numbers. forgot you had two.

This visa bulletin was posted at 1pm

Was retro-ed back to January 2007 the good thing is that WE are still waiting and so not yet affected. I do hope that those who can will apply for us citizenship to upgrage their cases and just maybe but unfortunate - many would age-out to the F2B group.

F2A moved backwards again... As of the moment, we are not yet that much affected by this (filers dec 2010-feb2011). Hoping that sooner there will be a faster progress for this category.

Yes Madeel85 is in the F2A category and you can check the touch if you create an account on uscis's website.

yes. there is only one date there, Feb 02, 2011. But my PD is Jan 28, 2011. what does this mean?

Means your case was last moved/reviewed .. some physical activity with your case file at uscis. The touch/last update may not have any change in the status of your case.
