it will be assigned in about 10 days and since a visa # is not available as yet they are not likely to send out any documents... but a letter saying there are no visa numbers. forgot you had two.

Where are you Guys???? PD is kinda closer and ya all lost somewhere...Common here and share something..Ricardo whats going on with your brother's caes. They completed it???

I mailed off the packet which includes the AOS/IV-DS230 forms today!!

We could have sent them off since Nov. 2012 BUT i did not want his police records etc timing out. If im going to do something - it has to be done good - without rejections.

I'm taking him here on Dec. 20, 2012 to start high school in the mean time.... then he'll go home in mar/april 2013 for his interview.

I mailed off the packet which includes the AOS/IV-DS230 forms today!!

We could have sent them off since Nov. 2012 BUT i did not want his police records etc timing out. If im going to do something - it has to be done good - without rejections.

I'm taking him here on Dec. 20, 2012 to start high school in the mean time.... then he'll go home in mar/april 2013 for his interview.

Thats Perfect, i realized now that i sent of my paper works quite early. Hope they wont expire and needs new. :innocent::unsure:

Just got my case completed at the NVC, now need to decide whether to go through with NVC processing or AOS as my wife is here with me in the US already on a separate work visa once my PD becomes current..

I am surprised to see that it almost took TWO months at NVC to complete the case since receiving all files.
