richardo now the prb is that my husband is on student visa in ireland and his visa will be expiring in september hopefully he will get interview before tht.

other thing is can he go ahead and schedule his medical exam ?

what are the other things i can prepare in the mean time because they might ask for other documents again as our case is been completed since dec 2011

it will be assigned in about 10 days and since a visa # is not available as yet they are not likely to send out any documents... but a letter saying there are no visa numbers. forgot you had two.

Yes he can schedule the interview when he has the interview date. he may need a new police report if the one he requested is now expired.

Where are you Guys... FYI, my case was completed on 08/03/2012. Just called them and got this partially god news. what about you guys??

PD ,23 , 2010 Called today and case was completed on the 7/18/2012. Guess I am 6 months from the sept...bulletin if its May,2010.

I tried to sign in via portal payment, it says "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the NVC at this time. Please contact NVC if you believe that you have received this message in error."

I was able to logged in before. Is this the SIF they are talking about? Have anyone tried to log in again (for those who are case complete already)? Just an observation. :-)

Can this mean anything? Hoping to be current soon :-)
