is the NVC's automated voice recording no longer functioning? i remember that when u call their hotline during weekends or after office hours you will be directed to the automated voice recording where u can still check your case status.

it will be assigned in about 10 days and since a visa # is not available as yet they are not likely to send out any documents... but a letter saying there are no visa numbers. forgot you had two.

The case is caught up... Actually they are waiting on me to respond with the AOS and IV.. which I have not yet done. I have been working on/off on the AOS for 2 - 3months. I went to Jamaica 1 week ago and was to have my mom/the petitioner sign the I864 but was busy... I'll prob have it all submitted but J Ending of June/July
