Your priority date is Oct. 5, 2010??? The message says that you have sent all the information to the NVC that was requested, they have been reviewed, and the next action will be once the case is current. You will be provided with the novice to appear for an interview and complete the medical exam.

Oct. 1,2011.. I submitted all the requirements. My case is completed on dec282011. And Wait for 8weeks for the next steps.. Hope by June is current!!!

Your priority date is 1 day before my brother's case. You just need to submit the bar code sheet for the AOS.. they both should be the same with the case # but no. Just ONE sheet.

A Positive Day to all!

Our PD is 15Oct2011, i'm the wife and our 4 children under petition. Each of us have Case Numbers, 5.

I have a question about OPT IN ( Electronic Processing) or sending forms and supporting documents by e-mail.

We receive all correspondences from NVC by email. We have paid the AOS fee and recently the IV fee.

My husband in the states sent all AOS forms, Joint affidavit and other necessary documents via postal mail and yes, all 5 sets.

After several days, we have received an e-mail informing that we need to submit some missing documents and make a new AOS form.

Would it still be okay if I request NVC to register for electronic option or OPT IN registration (NVCElectronic@state.gov)? Is there a need for a request or do i just send them all the documents?

I have prepared all the documents and scanned it already, ready for emailing.

Hello friendly people of VJ!

Ok, so I have now my Income Tax Return (1040EZ). I have some questions regarding the submission of my AoS.

1. With regards to the Poverty Limit, should I look at my gross income for 2011 , or the income after deductions? I mean, I don't really have a very big yearly income, but exceeds a few thousands if looking at the Gross Total. But if taxed income, it falls short of the Poverty Limit.

2. If Gross income is ok, should I then submit the whole original copy of my income tax return? Will one set of 1040EZ be enough to cover the petition of my wife and son, who were approved under one I-130?

Thanks very much. I'm hoping to submit my Affidavit of Support this week.

look at the gross income. The 1040EZ is a IRS form which isnt necessary. Perhaps you are talking about the I-864EZ? The form is used with the NVC but you are about eligible to file this form. For your wife/child you will use the Form I-864.

Hello Ricardo. thanks for the quick reply. I noticed that the tax preparer used Single as my status. Is that why mine is 1040ez? If 1040EZ is not mecessary, then what document will I submit along with the W2s? Can we still change the ITR to married?

How do I answer I-864 Part 3 8. and 9.?

My wife is the principal immigrant I am sponsoring. 1 person

In the box at item 9, should I write the name of my son as a person travelling with the principal immigrant? 1 person

So it will be two persons.

On Part 5 item 21 (Household size)after checking the boxes, my total will be 4, when we are only 3.

Oh well. I hope I can have this cleared before I submit tyhe AoS.

what i need from him ??? i know federal income tax returns for the 3 most recent tax & form I864

but i ask him about w2 & 1040 he said i have 1099 Instead of 1040 coz he work at insurance company (not individual work) that right ?????

please write to me what exactly i want from him ?? & right 1099 Instead of 1040 or w2s ?
