hey ... during the week of April 11-15 I called up the congressman and submitted a service request... i said i would do it in 3 week .. when it hits 4 moths BUT I could not wait so I did it then. and was when they told me it wait 30 days for the case to be reviewed by a case worked... and it was approved in about exactly 30 days on May 12.

You had asked me what it a SR. .. i told you and i asked for your city/state so I can look up your senator so you can contact him/her

http://www.visajourn...ost__p__4602160

All I did was contact the congress man 3 weeks ago and he called the USCIS's California Service Center while I was on the phone with him. They told him that my case would be looked at in 30 days.. and so here came the approval.

Richardo, can i asked SR too? my PD is June 22nd 2011, its now 5month of processing at vermont. but still no good news, my hubby call uscis many times, but they said mine still on process. what should i do? so stressfull :(

could you pls send me a sample of email that i can write to the congressman in nyc. thanks.

Scan it with a scanner and you will need to email it to the NVC... Keep in mind they are likely to request this via mail. Dont take a picture of it.. a since the Flash on the Camera is likely to create a gloss making it hard to see the details.

My case was upgraded within 24 hours! :) I received an email from NVC this morning that they are upgrading my case to CR-1 (because we have been married for less than 2 years). I am hoping to get the packet or AOS as soon as possible. So happy!

Hi n4th4ly4, You have to be patient just as I am trying to... I think Vermont is currently approving F2A up to November 20, 2010 on the USCIS Website that was updated on Nov 14, 2011...

My PD is November 23, 2010 and I have been waiting for over a year now.. I guess they will be approving around the first week of Jan ,2012.. and I hope by the grace of God i will get approve by then... You have to wait btw 10 months and over a year to get approve for LPR from what I see...

Its a stressful something but we need patient and God blessing. My wife is also very stressful everyday.. But we shall come to an end of this one day..

Happy holiday.

I have called them a lot of times, did services request and got a letter from them.. Also wrote them on follow at vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov got a letter three weeks ago stating i have to wait within six months and can get to them if i don't hear from them some kind of #######..

I think the bottom line is that the is no visa currently available for our category/preference or we are not possible going to be current soon that while they don't push it up...

So we only have to be patient and work with their paste or time frame..

We pray and ask the Lord to make the process for F2A to be more father and systematic.

Just want to ask about sending I-864 AOS form to NVC.

My wife lives in Jersey while my brother is in SF. I will be sending the completed I-864 of my wife thru mail for her to sign it before we send it to NVC.

My brother don't want me to see his completed I-864 form (he does not want me to know his income). Can we send the AOS form of my wife (Petitioner) and my Brother (Joint Sponsor) separately to the NVC?

Hello again folks.

I have already paid the AOS And IV Application.

Regarding the submission of AoS,

I was glad my 2011 Gross Income exceeded the poverty guideline by a few. I only have the EDD Quarterly Contribution Return and Report of Wages as proof, and Certificate of Employment. Will these documents be sufficient or should I wait for the IRS income tax report which my book keeper friend says will only be filed on March 2012?
