Please help:

1. My 2010 income did not meet the poverty level. It was only half-year. My 2011 income WILL exceed the poverty level. Should I just submit AOS and a joint sponsor (my sister) AOS to make sure? Does AOS need to be typewritten?

2. My wife (applicant) will have her passport on January next year, that's why she can't file the IV application yet. It is Paid already. Will they run out of available visa if her filing of the application is delayed?

Thank you very much.

i will be applying for citizenship feb 7th 2011, so does that help if case is already completed i will just upgrade it ,

yes it will help. IF i was in your position i would submit the AOS documents and I would submit ALL the IV documents in April 2012 UNLESS You have then all now (including the police record). How long does your police clearance certificate stay VALID...?

is there any draw back if i submittt it now?

No ... NONE... just that the police certificate would expire and would just be $$$ wasted.

sorry to ask so many questions

You're the best..

About 13 months now I still don’t approve yet, I wrote an e mail to (VSC.NCSCFollowup@uscis.dhs.gov ) follow up from Vermont and I got a reply yesterday starting this ####### bellow. I think this e mail is just a story because base on their uscis website the current approval date is November 20, 2010 and this information was updated on 14 November 2011...

Here comes their reply….

kicking.gifkicking.gif EXCITEMENT... kicking.gifkicking.gif

Scan it with a scanner and you will need to email it to the NVC... Keep in mind they are likely to request this via mail. Dont take a picture of it.. a since the Flash on the Camera is likely to create a gloss making it hard to see the details.
