well it depends on your income & How many persons are you sponsoring..?!! I have referenced a link below. If you are in the military then and DO NOT live in Alaska or Hawaii then you WILL look/use the TOP part of the page that is in BOLD and says "125% of poverty line."

so if it is you (1), your spouse (1) and a child (1) you have a household of 3 people and you will need to be making $23, 162 or more.. if you are then no co-sponsor is needed..

Ok I got it. If I submitted the documents and IF ever the NVC finds my income "insufficient", will they tell me to find a co-sponsor for the applicants? I am only in the US for one year.

we receive the COA last month - then what i did was.. i downloaded the form and then wrote it down and mailed it to NVC.. should i have it emailed instead or i just did the right thing.. i havent received any notice from NVC yet..

what could i possibly do? do i have to send it again as scanned document or i will just wait until nvc acknowledge may mailed COA form... please do help enlighten me if i did it wrong..

You can still email it... if you want.. it probably would be quicker and it is better any way so email it today. The NVC will respond with the acceptance and the fees to pay the AOS ($88.00) and IV ($404.00)

Only copies of documents are sent with the AOS forms most of which are documents showing residence... ie. photo copy of US Passport, US Birth Cert., Copy of Green Card/Front back etc.

The Supporting documents for the DS = 230 are all originals or certified documents... except a few i.e Bio page of the Foreign Passport ... did this answer your question or did u want a link up of the Ds-230 documents..? if yes... see below.

A big YES.... OH YES he will be required to take a new one to the interview.

This is the reason WHY we are not going to submit ANYTHING until about feb or mar 2012

Go ahead and submit it since he paid for it already. I'm saying well will NOT submit anything to the mvc until 03/2012 or even the priority date reaches past dec 2009... Makes no sense to submit these documents only to get another we are aiming to prevent this.

i will be applying for citizenship feb 7th 2011, so does that help if case is already completed i will just upgrade it ,

is there any draw back if i submittt it now?
