AOS and DS-3032 Process

To All...

You you will ONLY receive the AOS fee bill and DS3032 (choice of agent form). The $88.00 must paid in the payment portal which will take about 1-2 days to be processed. ONCE the payment goes from pending/processing to PAID you will get access to the COVER SHEET which has a bar-code. The Affidavit of support or AOS must have this included in the packet when being sent to the NVC document center. The AOS documents takes about 1-2 weeks to be REVIEWED. IF the DS3032 is emailed you should get a response within 10 days.

Once the AOS docs are sent be patient. Once delivered to the dcks processing center it will take about 2 days for the documents to be entered in the system. Once the documents are entered.. be proactive. Call the NVC about 7 days after the documents has been entered and ask if there are ANY RFEs scheduled to be mailed for the case. This is essential for a smooth case since RFEs are likely mailed and not emailed. The beneficiary/applicant will receive COA mail correspondence at their foreign address.. and can throw the document away or keep it for looks but by they time you would have received the acceptance email.

Be nice to the NVC people who are there to help YOU and dont come here acting crazy with UNNECESSARY UPDATES saying you are on the phn now.. and with 10 updates saying you called and no interview.. etc

hello friends. I am new here but been lurking for a year now.

I am petitioning my wife and our PD is Dec 2010. I applied Dec 2010 and received an approval letter January 2011. I just found out that I already received my AOS/COA advisory letter.

Is it ok if I forwarded the email to my wife and let her print it out, fill it up, and send it to the NVC office? She did not receive any correspondence from the NVC, no letters sent to her.

Thank you all. More power to us.

Just want to ask, I already submitted my COA thru email. Now I received an email about the IV processing fee which includes a separate bill for me and my son. The problem is my son is already there with my wife because we were able to process my son's paper during the processing of her visa. My wife was petitioned by her mother. Do we have to pay it again or I need to clarify things to the NVC? what is the best way to do?

I think on your I-130 form submitted, you included your son's name under CHILDREN OF YOUR RELATIVE. The USCIS/NVC might thought that your son is included in the petition, like mine. Automatically, thou we never informed the USCIS that the petition is both for me and my daughter, by merely browsing the form, the USCIS/NVC will be thinking that the child is included in the petition. So I suggest you call the NVC and inform them to prevent any conflicts in the future.

This is purely my opinion. Im open to any facts regarding this matter. God bless us all!

Just pay the fee for the person being sponsored and send the related/necessary documents.

No need to inform the NVC ... the case would be cancelled automatically with time. This could be due to how the I-130 was filled or the aos

So I will just disregard the IV Fee invoice for my son and just pay my IV fee. Will it not create any conflict on processing my IV application? Thanks..
