it will be assigned in about 10 days and since a visa # is not available as yet they are not likely to send out any documents... but a letter saying there are no visa numbers. forgot you had two.

I already received/sent the AOS Fee and COA. Can my brother file the I-864 for me instead of my wife which is the petitioner. My brother is already a US citizen and I know his income is well above the required income for filing the AOS.

My Journey (F2A) - USCIS

2010-12-30 - Notice of Action 1 (NOA1)

2011-05-13 - Notice of Action 2 (NOA2)

2011-05-31 - Case # assigned (P3AU)

2011-11-18 - Received COA and AOS Fee

2011-11-19 - Sent COA

2011-11-25 - Received IV Fee

2011-11-30 - Pay AOS Fee

pwede po :) your brother must fill up I864A, pero yung wife nyo kailangan din mag fill up ng I864 :)

Thanks for the info! Will this be the case - my wife will file I-864 for me then my brother will also file I-864 as the only joint sponsor. My brother lives in California while my wife and son lives in NJ. They have separate household.

WHT ABT INCOME?

I HAVE ONE PRT TIME JOB HOURLY AND ONE FULL TIME.

FOR FULL TIME I HAD DIFF ANNUAL INCOME LAST YEAR 2010 TAX TRANSCRIPT BUT NOW IT IS MORE.

WHAT ABOUT PART TIME?

CAN I WRITE THE INCOME FROM THE TAX I FILE FOR 2010 ?

a big YES - you can use the income from 2010 if it was sufficient.. HOWEVER.... since the year is almost over with AND your will not have an interview prior to January/February 2012 i would use the updated information with the current employment

Is everyone who got the COA form sending it to the NVC by email? Does the NVC accept it?

If yes, does have any email template for the COA form?

Hi everybody, I filed for I-130 for children on Dec2010. My son was 19, daughter was 16. And today I recevied letters from NVC with the AOS processing fee bill invoice and DS-3032 form for each child. What does it mean? I don't want a false hope. But I am so anxious for my children to join me in US soon. I'm so worried that my son will age out as he is now 20. How long will it take for them to receive from the consulate in Hong Kong?

I see you guys mentioned priority date? What is it? Where can I check the priority date for my petition? And why everybody seems to get notification thru email? How do I also get letter thru email to shorten the process of snail mailing??
