june 16,2011 - receive the hard copy (stating the same message in the email) for case number

Nov. 18,2011 - receive AOS and COA via email

Nov. 19, 2011 - payed 88 dollars

Dec. 7, 2011 - AIVF received

Feb. 8, 2012 - Payed 404

Feb 17, 2012 - received cover letter

I filled a petition for my wife around the 23 Nov... and the petition has not been approve..

I spoke to the customer Representative at USCIS..They said Vermont is currently processing application submitted in Sep 2010 and they process goes by date and month... I dont know why some section are faster than others. Here on the forum I see filer from California who filled this year already got approval.

thank you sir for helping us out - its really stressful to wait that long - my husband even refrain me from reading here not to feel the longing of the waiting time - he even told me just to live life each day - and then youll never notice our time is up and we will be able to see each other again.

one last question? - are there cases that approval varies and it would take 2 years least? i holding on my hope to that - if GOD's will in time we will be able to see each other sooner.

no case number yet :huh: I called NVC and talk to operator and said it would be 15 working days , i am confused where am i going to start counting , THE DATE OF APPROVAL OR THE DATE I RECEIVED THE NOA2 HARDCOPY..
