To Everyone - To make tracking each other must easier.. please access the person's profile who has a date close to yours.. maybe 2 -3 months before and after your priority date... so it would also give you an idea of where YOU SHOULD be in the process...it will be helpful.

To do it... 1. click on the person's profile link in the post and it will take you to their profile

it will be assigned in about 10 days and since a visa # is not available as yet they are not likely to send out any documents... but a letter saying there are no visa numbers. forgot you had two.

Hi all, I've just updated my timeline and noticed that I have almost the same NOA1 and NOA2 with Ricardo's brother... My wife is the petitioner and I'm the one that prepares all our documents. I'm newbie here and i hope that i can get more details about the process and what's next on our journey.

My wife is an LPR and i don't have NVC Case number yet. by the way how do you post with your timeline on the bottome of your post? I've just edited my timeline but i can't see it on my post...

RIchardo also got his brother's approval almost the same time u got . he already got the case number how come u didn't?

I haven't called the NVC yet! Is it indicated in the NOA2? If not, I'll ask my wife to call the NVC.

I filled a petition for my wife around the 23 Nov... and the petition has not been approve..

I spoke to the customer Representative at USCIS..They said Vermont is currently processing application submitted in Sep 2010 and they process goes by date and month... I dont know why some section are faster than others. Here on the forum I see filer from California who filled this year already got approval.

Prioty date - 23, Nov 2010

Recived date - 22, Nov 2010

Notice Date - 01, Dec 2010

im so confusing... I got approval, n case number from nvc. but now Im still waiting for the next steps to do. waiting for the visa availble.. and why is it others continue processing.. but we are same category.. they already paid the AOS n their submit the documents..??

Ricardo,,, should we remove my brother-in-law's case (because i forgot to tell that they are under I-129F). Nweiz, update from their case, they were asked to submit additional evidence aside from the RFE sent last april.
