if you're in F2A, and you recently filed i130, unless you're getting USC soon, why does it matter if it takes more than 5 months, 6months or 8 months to get approval?

PD is still years away!?

i felt the same say to my brother's case especially if the PD was not close.

BUT

I guess least it makes you feel something is happening.

how can we do SR before 5 months Richardo?

hey ... during the week of April 11-15 I called up the congressman and submitted a service request... i said i would do it in 3 week .. when it hits 4 moths BUT I could not wait so I did it then. and was when they told me it wait 30 days for the case to be reviewed by a case worked... and it was approved in about exactly 30 days on May 12.

You had asked me what it a SR. .. i told you and i asked for your city/state so I can look up your senator so you can contact him/her

Are you asking the congressman to have your I130 case looked at?

Isn't average I130 approval time 5 months?

Are you submitting the SR at 4th month of your I130?

It was submitted 4 weeks ago when the case was about 3 months and 2 weeks old. I got feedback on it.

Wouldn't they tell you "normal processing time is 5 months, submit SR after that time if it's not approved yet"????

No because the SR was submitted hence as they told me approval in 30 days.
