Hope u hear something soon. MINE was October 06, 2010 and i got my NOA2 ON APRIL 18

thats great- Congrats! I was with Vermont as well, I wonder why they havent processed ours but are doing dates after. It's the not knowing that drives me insane! lets hope it's a approval and not a RFE after 8 months!

it will be assigned in about 10 days and since a visa # is not available as yet they are not likely to send out any documents... but a letter saying there are no visa numbers. forgot you had two.

Any approvals from DEcember filers yet?.. I am still waiting 145 days gone.

Reg. AOS, NVC clearly asks for a recent past year's tax filing data only, why would everyone in here is submitting last THREE years tax returns and tax transcripts.

I am preparing all those documents related to NVC procesing. Also what form of documents NVC needs really-Originals or photocopies of civil documents. I understand all originals will be sent to US Consulate.

Could someone tell em their experience. I called up NVC today and the guy toled me NVC needs originals only or certified copies of civil documents.

We just received an email stating my brother's case is approved yesterday, May 10th. Hopefully some cases here from last Dec'2010 will be approved soon too...Good luck everybody! Hoping for Visa to be available soon. Just wondering what to do next after approval for F2a.? My brother will be 21 on this coming October this year. Please advise. thanks!

F2A- brother (20 yrs. old)

Dec 15,2010: NOA1(Priority Date)

May 10,2011: NOA2( Approved)

May 21,2011: Called NVC got case number

May 26,2011: called NVC to set up emails

May 26,2011: received an email from NVC- P3AU english(stating the visa is not available for your use)

My priority date is September 9th 2010 and still no NOA2... i'm getting so frustrated we ring and they say ring again in a week and so on then wait till the end of April THEN call. Hopefully we hear something by May....

im STILL waiting got a letter in the mail saying their performing additional review and to give them another 60 days... it's been over 8 months!

that's a long time to wait. i was advised that the processing of my brother's case would be adjudicated by the 1st or 2nd week of june,
