Hello All -

If you will submit your application/s in December 2010 or January 2011 to bring your Family Member/s to America then lets all be in the process to help, educate and overcome any immigration obstacle/s with stong proof/s.

it will be assigned in about 10 days and since a visa # is not available as yet they are not likely to send out any documents... but a letter saying there are no visa numbers. forgot you had two.

Welcome to this informative board. I recall when the December Bulletin came out most of the Visa Categories in the Philippines went backwards instead of going forward. Lets hope January 2011 makes for a prosperous new year for us.

hi all,

My case is definitely affected by the huge retrogression brought about by the 2010 progression. Still I would like to take things optimistically.

Just paid IV Fee Bill and AOS Bill. We are yet to submit I-864 and DS-230. My wife is still waiting from her employer about I-864 requirements. Hoping that come February there'd be NO MORE retrogression for F2A.

i did last january 21st. I am still waiting for NOA1. I am hoping I'll get it by the end of this week. :)

Ours took about 7 days so hopefully they are on track.
