I-134 1040 or the whole tax return?

I see for the I-134 that it requests several recent pay stubs, the last few years of w-2's and the last few 1040 forms. Should I send her my complete tax return for the last three years or can I just send the last 3 1040 page in itself? Pretty big change in the shipping cost.

With all that I mentioned above included with the 134, is a letter from my bank still needed or just an additional supporting document?

Provide a complete tax return including all schedules and applicable 1099 or W2 forms. Alternatively, provide a tax return transcript.

just send your tax transcript,call the 800 toll free tax number and they will mail your free transcript and it takes a few days

I have copies of my last 3 years of returns. However, the last one has big "do not file" watermarks on all pages. Should I use those or request Transcripts of Tax Returns for the past 3 years?
