Hello Everyone

Recently I send the papers I-864 forms and they got approved by NVC and now I need to send the form DS-230 but the problem is I dont know if my husband needs to send the police clearence certificate and also my husband didnt remember the date of birth of my in-laws and my in-laws lost there passport. they applied for the new one but its gonna take couple of months to come. I was thinking that if it is okay to write the random date of birth of my inlaws on the DS-230 form. or if we decided to put the random date of birth is it gonna be a problem? i dont know wat to do so, pls advise me on this.

Thank you!!!!

I have also the same question. If your in-laws dont remember theied DOB then try to find any photocpy of their passport, also they can find DOB in their school leaving certis or they can find it from their last attended schools. Evene though not possible then leave it blank now, and once you know then you can write it at interview time in ds-230. But dont write any wrong date.

For PCC ,let me know in which country your husband lives?
