thanks for your reply . i have a question it may sound stupid . i tried to put NVCInquiry@state.gov it turns to nvcinquiry@state.gov. you think that's a problem thanks and it's been a week since i sent it

Email address capital or small letters - both are same.

NVC email system is bit clogged. It takes a week now-a-days.
