IIN, when do i get one??

So today I called the NVC to see if they had already received my case and they did, i got the NVC case number too. They sent the DS3032 yesterday along with the AOS fee bill. So, I called and spoke to an operator to give her both my email address and my husband's, and I also asked her if she had to give me a IIN number and she said NO because she had already sent the paperwork to me. I don't understand, where do i get this number from???? The reason why I asked her on the first place it's because on the EZguideSpouse it says to call NVC to get this number.

Call NVC and speak to another operator and ask for the invoice identification number. Since you took to long to contact NVC they have decided to send you stuff via snail mail.

I didn't take long, well, i don't know what you consider "long", because i called last friday the 26th and they didn't have my case yet. So i figure i'll give it some more days, and that's when i called yesterday, tuesday, and that's when she told me that.

I will call again today.
