Good afternoon all!

I have yet another question while I'm in the process of waiting. My husband will be filing for taxes soonish and he was wondering whether we file together, and if we do what should he write for me on the SSN section. I have just taken my biometrics yesterday so it might be a while before I have a SSN. Therefore, what can we do? What have you done if you were in a similar situation to ours? Any insight will be helpful.

Have a great rest of the day!

You should file together. You can look into getting an ITIN number, however, unless he is filing special business taxes, they aren't due until April 15... so that gives you lots of time to get an SSN. If you don't have your EAD and therefore SSN by April I will organize a protest myself!! :)

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
