I-751biometrics appointment

I did not get my I-751biometrics appointment after I got I-75 receipt notice at Sept-07-2010, I called the hotline around the end of Oct, and then I got a mail from them and explain because of the limited capacity at my local ASC!

I live in greenville tx which is close to Dallas tx,and now one months is almost past, I still did not get it,

Is there someone has same problem with me?? I am so worried, I want to go back to my country recently, may I go with my I-751?

Your permanent resident status gets extended for a year when you file i-751. Your NOA is proof of this. So, yes you can travel be sure to have with you the green card and the i-751 NOA extending your residency status.

Not sure exactly what this means, i would call again, but it could well be they are backlogged with applications.

edit: Just be sure you're not traveling for an extended time (more than 6 months, you may need a travel permit document for this)
