Some questions right from the start...

1) Name How should I fill in with 2 last names. Example: Carlos Padilla Rivera (apellido is 2 surnames)

HOW SHOULD I FILL IN "Name" fields?

--- (A)... (Family name in CAPS)PADILLA RIVERA (First) Carlos (Middle) [none]

--- (B)... (Family name in CAPS)RIVERA (First) Carlos (Middle) Padilla

2) Address Mail service in many Mexican towns is basically non-existant. My fiance's residence is in Guerro, Mexico but he's living/working in Baja California Sur right now (and will be for the months ahead). I don't have faith in mail getting delivered to either address.

SHOULD "Address" fields be...?

--- (A)... current living location

--- (B)... permanent residence

--- (or C)... where mail can be delivered

1) Family name: PADILLA , First name: Carlos, Middle name: None

In the cover letter clarify it by typing a note like this:

"Note: My fiancé's full name is CARLOS PADILLA RIVERA , but I am only using CARLOS PADILLA on the forms."

2) If mail can be delivered to his current address, type this one. It's important because he'll receive the open appointment letter there.

Wait just in case another members have another suggestions...

Thanks for your tip. I also just found this in the FAQ... http://www.visajourney.com/faq/k1k2visa-I129f.html#3.2.2 LATIN NAME

3.2.2)...How should a latin name (first name, fathers last name, mothers last name) be put on the G-325A and I-129F?

A..What others have done successfully is to use the first (fathers) last name on the forms. Then in the cover letter, state the full name including both last names and that you are only using the first (fathers) last name on the forms.

Put an address on even if it is domicillio conocido...(known house/home)

I also am worried about Mexican fiancee recieving the packet so I did a bunch of research on this very thing. I have discovered that since the US fiancee gets the same packet as delivered (or supposedly delivered) to the Mexican fiancee you can bring the 'open invitation' to them when you go through Cd. Juarez (ahhhh yes Juarez...so lovely in the spring-time...but what can we do???)

Anyway, you will supposedly be able to print all the stuff on line once the USC gets the info in the mail & then goes on and fills out the info, or call your Mexican true love & give them the info so they can fill out on line & print it all up to bring to interview.

We expect to go through Juarez with fiancee visa K1...and 2 young boys K2...scary city but worth it!!!

Basically it is ok if your Mexican fiancee never gets a thing in the mail...but I believe an address of some sort should be on the petition!

hope this helps!
