I am just curious about RFE, is it possible for the application to be approved without getting an RFE? I get worried now coz the last update on my case was Oct.03 and never heard any from VSC.. do we need to call them too? Tnx for reading, :help:

Of course it is, if there are no problems it can be approved no RFE's don't stress you only filed in August and you should hear soon with NOA2 so hang in there patience is what we all have to develop here and I know it's hard trust me I know.

and for the added comfort ... I submitted 2 I-130s back in march for my parents and conpleted the USCIS and the NVC stages and the CONSULATE stage and did not get a RFE... that was made possible by reviewing what I'm submitting as requested.. it's simple.

no worries
