Non-USC beneficiary: Download the AR-11 change of address form from the USCIS website, fill it up and mail it. You cannot do this online. In the future, when you move to another address, download, fill up and mail the AR-11 change of address form within 10 days of moving to your new address.

USC spouse: If you guys have already filed or have an AOS approved, then you can either download, fill up and mail the I-865 change of address form, or complete it online; also through the USCIS website. In the future, when you move to another address, download, fill up and mail the I-865 change of address form within 30 days of moving to your new address.

And it doesn't matter we are 9 months behind on our change of address? What a stressful oversight on our part! Thanks again!
