IMO it's more than just embarrassing. Country to country relationships are really relationships between people - the people at the top. Who believes that Kirchner won't mind the fact that Hillary thinks she might be crazy? This personal chit does matter.

IMO it's more than just embarrassing. Country to country relationships are really relationships between people - the people at the top. Who believes that Kirchner won't mind the fact that Hillary thinks she might be crazy? This personal chit does matter.

If it matters that much, the US government should take better care of sensitive information. Or perhaps not keep so many secrets - that's the problem with a lot of countries.
