Ok guys. Hoping to send my 129f tommorow. Filling it out it ask for your birth certificate number. Well I found the following on mine:

Birth No.

Reg Dist No.

Primary Reg.Dist.No.

My best guess is it's Birth No. they want But does anyone know for sure?

Hey Matt, if you look at the example I-129f form that is provided here on VJ (under Example Forms), for that question it says you should only provide a certificate number if you have a naturalization certificate. If you are a US Citizen because you were born in the US, you do not need to provide a certificate number.
