I am looking the time history about some of us and I saw that so much of our petitions are just taking between 2 to 3 months and others are taking so long like 6 months just to get a desicion about I-130.

I wanna know... how the USCIS are managing the cases when they are telling us always that they solving the petitions by the number we have... I consider that is a totally lie.

Want to knnow... what they are doing with our petitions all that time when they are not working on them??? Just taking dust for they take the right feel to do something??? Bcz Im very sure that they arent not putting us situations in them life to can feel and understand us.

We are paying for they do all that paper work and I cotinue considerating thats the period time to get an approval of a I-130 doesnt be more than 2 to 3 months for all and not for few of us.

Im very sure that with our social security number they get all our information and with the aiien number of our relatives in their countries its very simple to request it to the other governments too.

I am not pessimist, Im reallist and Im mad with this ppl.

If we call to the number that they gave to us... they never can offering info and the most common response is that we most wait 5 month for receive the desicion from the USCIS. How its possible that they cant offering us information about the cases we submitted to them?!!!

This its not just infair for us, Its cruelty!!!! Bcz they dont care if we are suffering, more they arent in our positions.

Maybe so much of u feel that wasnt bad the experience bcz in that cases the petitions were approved in short time, but exist others that their cases are like nightmates with all the time for wait this ppl work correctly.

It may be that some of the cases you are looking at were expedited for one of many reasons. Also some months are just faster than others because of other things that USCIS is doing. If you look at percentages most of us May filers waited 5 months+/- for our NOA-2. If you go back in the past the visa process was a whole lot longer. It sucks having to wait. I don't like any more than you do. USCIS is working on a large amount of petitions and factoring in big Government bureaucracy it is amazing that they do as well as they do. Best of luck on your journey.

I know the process is long and arduous but it is the process that we have. By all means write letters and raise awareness of this, it can't hurt. However, it does not rise to the level of cruelty since that is much too strong of a word. It's tough and may not always seem fair and does tax relationships, but in the end it makes us all strong and aware. Some cases will take longer than others for many reasons. Don't let frustration ruin the journey. Soon we all end up with our loved ones and it makes that time so much sweeter and cherished even more.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

<_< So... they cant say that they are working in the cases in order bcz itsnot true... And they are telling us by phone ad their info that are working by the order they receive the cases. Achhhhhhhhhhhhh... :bonk:

Maybe could be that they havent so much employees, but the could contract ppl part time to make all more faster bcz their salaries come from the $$$ we pay to them or by every fee... and other public founds. And they are receiving lot of millions of US$ like to take this idea.

But they just wanna torturing us for see who will give up... :hehe:

And in addition, they over investigate the ppl whom dont need, bcz who suppouse be investigated dont be at all and we can see then inside of the territories. Ufffffffff!!!

Hi...thanks for ur response.

Can be sure that all of us are trying to keep with our minds in control, but exist some realities that we cant give them our back. A lot of couples are having problems with this kind of procedures and few of them finished giving up or divorced, or fighting, or cheating, or having depression and lot of other things; which arent wellness in our relationships if we havent the knowledge to can manage it.

This ppl are not function good and they are desorganaized and without a structure; by that are occuring what is ocurring with the cases.

While other countries, that we can see, they let the spouses or bfs come to the country for visit or live without the kind of unsane way that USA Government adopted to be by their own mistakes and having his nose where dont need stay. And all of us, as victims of this government system, need sacrifice our life and our loved ppl too. Its really unfair, cruel, unsaine, and is a system of dictatorship in an alleged free democratic system, that everyday makes us fall deeper. Hasnt new good ideas to renovate this system for makes us get a better quality of life.

And, how dont talk about all of this and let it know in all forums?... are not brave proud one??? bcz we must make respect our self infront of all and let them know what they are making wrong and bring to them ideas to fix all of this. But if the ppl will be acting conformist by nothing... what we are showing??? Sure, I will let hear my voice in defend of the human rights, no matter where... here, there or in other place.

Dont get mad my posture... Its my real opinion about it and i cant just stay looking a clock to wait the time come to have my husband at home. We married to be a family in thats precise moment in our wedding, not 1 yr latter after our marriage. And I can give thx to God bcz i didnt get be pregnant and see then that i will be alone in that period of time; how occured a lot of woman.

Have a nice nite...

Have a nice nite...

It's a frustrating and seemingly arbitrary process...there is no doubt about that. And I'm speaking as someone who got through the petition process faster than most. Having acknowledged that and being very grateful, it seems very arbitrary and overly taxing to me as well. I still feel for those who filed before me and still don't have a result. Some of it is international geo-politics...something none of us have any control over.

I disagree that it is deliberately cruel...not that it makes you feel any better if it isn't...it still feels the same. All large government bureaucracies operate in mysterious ways that make sense on some level, but outside the system, make no sense at all.

The truth is, you can only pray and do all that is asked of you. In the end, the odds will eventually work in your favor...though the wait may be long. Consider this as one of God's tests of your love for each other. Determine that you will pass the test and be together sooner rather than later. That is the best comfort you can have over a process that you cannot control.

Best wishes on a speedy approval...and stay optimistic, though it is hard.

Hi... U are right in said that we havent a control right now about the process but we can let listen our voice about or desagree about all of this and maybe in the future for others could be more easy way. But most start since now and as i told... not only staying looking a clock running or more just fora say... stay just thinking in our case, bcz exist other ones that need help too.

Prays help bcz God are always listening us... but not all we can let it in his hands bcz we must move too to get the wishes we wants. (Help ur self, that God will help u) Its not... stay without move and just wait what can occur. Bcz if its in that way... we never get our goals. And no matter burocracies... the ppl let need make then hear our voices.

Nice day!

i think we should give them the benefit of the doubt. i'm sure as time passes, some of us tend to get a little bit more frustrated regarding the whole process but that's just the nature of the beast. some people's background checks go smoothly. sometimes there might be common names that get a red flag and they have to double, triple maybe even quadruple check just to make sure we're clear.

hang in there and here's hoping for a quick journey for all of us.

In my opinion

Did or does anybody ever think of the K-1 filers in comparision of the CR-1 & IR-1 filers

and how many more there are of CR-1 than K-1.

You all need to understand the process isnt about how fast you get done,,(BECUASE YOUR

GOING TO GET DONE SOONER OR LATER ) But there are 10's of thousand CR-1 & IR-1 than K-1

filers. Last every single case has its own UNIQUE set of situations for that case. NO

to cases are the same, they just try to get them done in the 5 months they say to.

Give them a break and have some patients an let them do their job. You dont know but

were sitting here bad mouthing them if it wasnt for them we couldnt get appovals, so be

PATIENT and wait the 5 months and let the process work like it suppose to.

If you cant wait than get some nerve medication from your doctor and just wait.

Everybody surely wants processed, but nobody has the patients to wait the time given

to process them. If your 5 months has expried than complain about your case..Not while

the have the right WITHIN THE 5 MONTHS TO GET IT DONE....

Have some understanding and let them do their work. They have 5 months give it to them.
