I -751, filled and no responces 3 weeks now

Hello my VJ member,

I have filled for I-751 application for the removal of the condition and it has been 3 weeks, i have not receive or get the case number,from Uscis,my check has been cashed. I am still waiting. please anybody with similar experience.

did you get the noa1 then about a month later yor appointment letter for your biometrics finger prints and photo on that letter is says cr189 you have a different case number, thats the one you use when checking your case status on line you wait about 4to5 months for a decision, good luck

I have not receive the NOA1 my case was received on 15th of Nov,by the immigration.Yet,i have not received anything from them. it is right?

I sent mine on 11/16 and still no NOA. I think the processing might be slow due to thanksgiving break and all.

hi.. did you get any letter from USCIS already? maybe so due to holidays.. I did not get any news or letter from them after i got my NOA letter 3 weeks ago. I hope everything turn out right for our ROC. God bless..
