Hi,

I filed my case on the 3rd of Nov, and the last touch on my case was on the 19th Nov ... But I've still not received my Biometrics appointment letter ...

I went to London last year and prior to getting visa I was asked to get my biometrics done by the UK embassy ... I got it done in Alexandria, VA ...

I was wondering if USCIS will STILL need me to take biometrics again ? Because, I assume FBI would have my biometrics in their records ....

Can anyone tell me if they still need to take my biometrics ??

Thanks

Yes, you will have to go for biometrics. The USCIS requires a most recent criminal record. Every US agency who needs your criminal record will ask for your biometrics for themselves. Even if your fingerprints are taken yesterday by one agency....the other will take them the next day.
