Hi everybody, i have a couple question here!! i will be filing my N-400 next year and i want to know what else i have to submit beside the Application? what are they requirement? i was divorce do i need to submit my divorce decree as well?thanks.

Hi iam new in this website , i need some information and help , my green card will expire in March and i want to Remove condition , and iam getting divorce from my wife , i filed for divorce and iam still waiting for the court date i was wondering if i can file by my self or hire immigration attorney to take my case ? i need help guys i apreciate that ,

file n-400 married 3 years,copy of green card front and back, 2 passport photos in pencil write tour alien reg numberand your name,evidence that your spouse is a us citizen copys of us passport inside page, copy of your marriage certificate, your divorce decree, your wifes divorce decree,tax transcripts three years, fee 675.00

Thanks for the answer, i am no longer married what i should submit my Ex wife pasport or marriage certificate? i am applying based on 5 years rules i thing i need divorce degree!!

12/14/2007 - Received 2nd Welcome Letter and Green card!!!

09/30/2010 - RFE mailed

10/15/2010 - Biometrics appt (@8am) YAY!!!!

11/20/2010 - Received the yellow letter (dated 11/17/2010)

11/30/2010 - Case moved to the Testing & Interview stage (Email)

12/03/2010 - Received interview letter

01/06/2011 - Interview @ 10:15a...APPROVED!

02/12/2011 - Received oath ceremony letter (dated 02/10/2011)

02/18/2011 - Received descheduled oath ceremony letter (dated 2/15/2011)

02/26/2011 - Received new oath ceremony letter

03/02/2011 - Oath Ceremony @ 1:30p (IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!)

03/09/2011 - Oath Ceremony @ 1:30p...FINALLY A CITIZEN!!!

Just so you know I am sending my forms away today so checked the filing fee's yesterday and it said $680
