didnt put the case number...what to do??

hi vj'ers...I need an advice on what to do...my hubby diddnt put a case number on the cashiers check when he sent it to NVC to pay for AOS Bill...he just attached the AOS processing Fee Bill Invoice...Its almost 2 weeks now when he sent it and theres no changes still on the payment portal that the payment is in process or paid yet...what we gonna do now?should we call and ask NVC on whats going on ?reply will be so much apprciated...god bless everyone!!

hi, you said two weeks, you should be getting a letter any day that thay received your file an check a noa1,did you send it confirimation mail if it was received, don't forget it's holiday week end give it another week,as for the case number on your check, your name is on it , w'ell see good luck

thank you jkelly07: our case is still processing on NVC we got our NOA2 last month and the fee is for Affidavit of support...im worried now,now that theres no changes on the payment yet in almost 2 weeks..hope we can hear good news this weekdays...thank you again..
