Lots of people put information that's useful when talking about their immigration stoof in "About me", and it used to be the first tab in profiles (before the IPB3 upgrade). It would be useful to make a tiny change* to make it the default tab instead of the miscellaneous status update thing.

*Not mentioned in the tutorial is that there's a similar change in aboutme.conf.php (changing 2 to 1) that needs to happen. And you might need to end a closing "?>" to status.conf.php, as they neglected to do so.

agreed. While I care about status updates, usually when i'm looking at a profile its for their "about me" section because I have signatures disabled and that's the only way I can check them (I like signatures disabled, just for instance when someone says "check my sig" or someone comments on a pic in a sig).
