Wrong info with I 864please reply

By BVC & MC in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures

I hired immigration agent for I 864 form. I am using my cousin as a joint sponsor and immigration agent has send I864 as well as I 864A for the joint sponsor. But that was wrong! can I resubmit my correct I 864 form again or wait for the RFE.

Since my cousin and I don't live on the same address so there is no need to submit I 864A between my cousin and I. But my immigration agent already submitted to the NVC. I am sure I will get RFE because we don't have any proof that we live on same address.

Any suggestion please

11/07/2010 Paid $88 AOS Fees

11/14/2010 Paid $404 IV Fees

12/16/2010 AOS Package entered into the system

12/29/2010 AOS package reviewed and Okay as per the operator (big relief)

12/24/2010 DS-230 package mailed form India (Stuck into the Customs from 29th Dec )

01/08/2011 Received DS-230 package from India

01/10/2011 IV (DS-230) package sent to the NVC via express mail

01/11/2011 IV package delivered at NVC @ 11:01 AM

01/13/2011 IV package entered into the system

01/31/2011 SIF!!!

01/31/2011 Case Completed as per the operator.

02/01/2011 Wedding Anniversary

02/01/2011 CC as per AVR

02/10/2011 Interview date assigned

02/14/2011 Package left to the Consulate
