M1 visa

Hello Everyone:

I am asking this question for friend of mine. He is here on M-1 visa and been here since Sept. 2009, he is going to marry US citizen and will be applying for adjustment of status. He just wants to make sure he is not missing any forms.

he will be applying for: I-485 AOS, I-864 Affidavit of Support, G-325A Biographic Information, I-765 Application for Employment Authorization, I-131, Application for Travel Document.

Is he missing anything?

He is missing the I-130 which establishes his immediate relation to a US Citizen!!! MAJOR ERROR!! If he missed this, he better study up more and read the instructions. Also, post here:
