I was done doing the fingerprint on 11/22. Now I'm awaiting for the interview letter. I read on this forum and others that on the interview letter says that you will need to bring your passport. I renew my passport about two years in Peru and currently I don't have the old passport with all my previous visas, stamps, etc. I have the new passport with one re-entry to the States back in 2008. Can someone help me if the immigration officer will ask for my older passport?

It depends on your interviewing officer, while my wife only took three trips over 24 hours outside of the USA during her LPR stage, her IO wanted to see both her old and new passport just to make sure she copied the dates correctly. But others will take your word for it. Some of those POE guys are really sloppy in stamping your passport, flip open any page and stamp it, can really get confusing to read these.

I made damn sure she kept her old passport, did read the N-400 instructions shortly after her AOS stage to see what we were in for.

My IO wanted my passport on the desk but didn't even take a look in it. He just copied my driver's license and that was it.

No... he said at a certain moment: "Clean the table"... LOL.
