My fiance and I are currently working to start our k-1 visa process and im worried about a potential issue. As of October 23rd my fiance signed and dated her documents (pictures, g325a, letter of intent) and sent them to me but due to a minor financial issue I was not able to afford the filing fee until this week. Is the delay in time from when she signed the documents to the time the packet is sent off going to be a problem? Is it worth it to have her send more recently dated documents to avoid any delay in processing time?

I suggest you would use forms that are signed and dated lately. In my case, my husband and I signed the papers on April 25th but we submitted the papers a month later because of the delay in securing our official marriage certificate. Five months and two weeks later, we got an RFE saying that we need to submit newer passport pictures of us in normal street attire (we were wearing formal attire on the first set of pictures) and taken within 30 days. My husband said that it's the type of clothing that caused the RFE. But after thinking thoroughly, I realized that the adjudicator was thinking that our previous pictures were taken more than 30 days since they receive it upon seeing that the dates on the forms were a month older. They just want us to wear something different than before to have a distinction. So I suggest you will use recent ones when it comes to forms and supporting documents (if they have an expiration /valid until dates) hopefully to avoid RFE and much delay.
