hello Tahoma!, that's what i fear also that i will get into trouble if the consul. would know that i don't have any job experience, income whatsoever, im really trying to finish this nclex and go for a visit to my dad at least 1month then comeback maybe get a part time job while finding an opening, im pretty sure my mom will help me find a job since she is also a nurse, im just hoping that for now things would go well..

I understand that the waiting is h*ll, but it would make things so much easier if you first passed the NCLEX and started working as an RN. :)

so these are the questions the consul would ask.. its a shame that i dont have yet any work experience even in the phil.. all i can do now is to finish this test and get a job :(

I am asking maganda those questions because I am trying to determine if there were other factors involved in the visa approvals of her friends. It just seems to me that there must be more to the story of their visa approvals than simply submitting an I-134 from a cosponsor.

so he needs to fill up I-864 and I-864A for his mom since he lives with his parents right? Please correct me if i am wrong

Lorenzo does not have to use his parents as a cosponsor. However, it is a good idea if he does use his parents as a cosponsor because the U.S. Embassy Manila prefers close relatives when it comes to cosponsors. Lorenzo must submit his own I-134. If Lorenzo is going to use a cosponsor, I recommend that Lorenzo's cosponsor submit either an I-134, an I-864, or both. I believe the I-864 is the way to go for Lorenzo's cosponsor.

Lorenzo's fiancée can attempt to submit those documents during her interview. There is no guarantee that the consular officer will accept the cosponsor's I-134 / I-864.
