My husband is entering the United states for the 1st time on the 6 of december, my question is what should he expect at the port of entry and will there be someone there to translate for him? He has to take 2 flights from Haiti to miami, and fron miami to chicago, and am afraid he will miss his flight to chicago cuz he speak very little english, am hoping he finds someone to help him out.

Thanks for your answers!!!

Ask him to get a friend in the plane who are well versed with your language and English to help him out.

Good luck!

I think alot of the people on the plane can be helpful. They are coming from Haiti to and can help him if he ask questions. Also the flight attendents speak both french and creole so he can ask them also. I hope he has a safe trip coming home to you :)
