Stress out on Black Friday and not from shopping

So I call the NVC AVR this morning like I do every day about 10 times and get the following message:

"The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and has found some information missing or incomplete"

So while I was waiting on hold for NVC operator and after rechecking my AOS packet copy I found while searching this site that a lot of people get this message because the DS-230 has not been documented as received. Luckily after speaking with the operator this was my case as well. Ahhhhhhh such relief.

Now I can go shopping

I guess my IV packet is sitting in some mail room at NVC. The operator said it can take as long as 20 days to be processed

Hey, your files sitting in that mail room is what costs the $500+ in fees that you pay to the NVC.

Due to the present state of the economy, storage fees have gone up dramatically.
