I would say that immediate friends are those that are your close friends. They only want the list of your relatives, not anybody who is merely your friend and not a relative.

hi friends,

i had interview this week but embassy require list of all relatives present at my marriage but donot include immediate friend.now i need to know what are immediate friends?

what is immediate friends?just give me example

Based on the Indian marriage culture, Consulate may be expecting a large party at wedding ceremony, to confirm the bona-fide relationship.

I am hearing it for the first time, though.

IMO, you need to list a few parties who participated in your wedding ceremony, that's friends' friends, relatives' friends etc. A detailed autograph, in general. Include few relatives' autograph too.

Which Consulate is this? When was the interview? Did they hand over any slips? Please let us know more details.

I had taken a list of 50 guests from petitioner's side and 50 from beneficiary's side, it had their name, phone numbers and their address.
