(maybe hubby and me are nervous)what should i write in the form I 94 they will give me on the airplane?what family name should I use?the one on my passport (which is my single name)or the one on my green card(10 years)(married name)?its the second time i travel back home to U.S.A but i just cant remember what i did the first time, plus my husband was by my side back then, also have my drivers license with my married name.

how does someone who is divorce do the taxes, considering that he/she is not working?this question is not for my case but for a friend of mine,he is divorce from his wife and he is not working but is still living in U.S.A.

thank you everybody, bye bye.

our mistake!!! we read the form I 94 is not for permanent residents to fill in, so the question is what a permanent resident (10 years card)should expect to fill out or to complete with personal information in an airplane?how is ti called, we could not find any info, and yes, if someone ask for family name, should i use the name of my passport(from my country of origin)or the married name on my green card, thank ya´ll!

just a customs declaration.

When I travelled back to Australia on my maiden name passport I travelled with tickets in my married name and showed my GC as proof of ID. I had no issues. So it's up to you. You can write what's on your GC, or you can have it match your passport. Mine was the same as my GC and I simply showed my GC when I went through customs.
