Not usual.... The US's systems are always broken. I say communicate this info to the customer service line by speaking to someone. You can always wait it out and try periodically because it will be fixed. If u just want the money to get out your hands then dropping it off in the post would work but will take about 10 days to be received and cleared.

Yea I'm on a Mac and safari didn't work, I had to use FF as well.

Need help for I-865.

I am unemployed for the whole year of 2010 until now. My wife earned 105,000.00 in 2010 and we filed jointly. Here is what I am planning to fill:

1) I will put 0.00 in 23 since I had zero income.

2) 24a is also zero.

3) 24b is 105,000.00 as income for my wife and the total in 24c will be the same amount.

4) in question 25 I will tick the first box, then in our (most current) which is 2010, can I put 105,000.00 since we filed jointly even this is not my income?

5) I am planning to tick also the second box (optional) because I had significant salary for years 2008 and 2009.

6) I will furnish one copy of I-864 and I-864A for each of my parent. The same way two (2) separate copies of all the tax returns (2008-2010) for each of them.

7) Since our household income meet the Poverty Guidelines, do I need to submit 2008 and 2009 tax returns?

I am just getting ready so that I have them completed before NVC would even ask for it. Your feedback would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

This is great so in 6-15 days you will receive a notice in your emailfor your mom to appear for an interview likey to be in the first two weeks of July.

Hello everyone,

My husband and I are planning to petition my mother in law. She's already here and base on what we heard the process of petition if our parent is here is faster compared if they are in your country. is this true? SHe can stay until November 29, 2011 we're hoping to get her GC before that date.

Also, what are the requirements that we need to fill-up and submit? If GC, was not granted before Nov. 29, 20121, can we apply for a re-entry permit?

Paid IV fee today and it still won't work using Google Chrome. It worked fine in Firefox. I am delayed about 10 days because documents are still being sent from the Philippines. I could have known during the I-130 process.

Finally got Case Number and IIN number. I will wait for emails to make payment and send AOS package. I am so excited!!!!!! There is a chance my mom will be here for my baby's birth.

After days of fear from the word "SPUTUM", my parents finally passed the Medical Exam at St. Lukes. Since we still do not have a schedule for interview, we were advised to do it ourselves. SLMCEC gave back both of their passports together with the CD's and vaccination form.

Today I sent DS3032 email and paid the AOS fee. IE did not work so I used Firefox. Hopefully everything keeps going smooth. I have my I864 ready and taxes W-2 s and Letter of Employment, just waiting for the cover sheet to send papers. My mom will send me her Police certiificate and a Birth certificate on Monday. Hopefully they will be here sometime next week, just on time for the next package.
