I;m going to send I 130 for my mother but i want to know what else do i need to send with the form beside the 420 fee.

If I'm not mistaken...... In addition to the $420.00 and the form I-130 you will need to submit a copy of your original birth certificate showinf your parent/s names. It's not required but I also used the biographic form....

hi, we have the same timeline.. . .can i ask did you also receive an email from USCIS saying that your petition's status is "post-decision activity"? i got an email nov. 24. . . saying that they have received my case from the dept. of state for review. . .

How was your medical at St Luke's? How much did you pay in Philippine Peso? Did you stay in a hotel in Manila? What hotel?

Please bear with me with all the questions. My parents will be going to Manila soon for their medical. I am just wondering what are the changes like fee rates, procedures etc. Thank you.

What do you mean by being touched? What was the update or how can you tell? I wasn't sure about it when people say their case was touched. I apologize but maybe your explanation will help me understand better. Thanks.

It is standard that the I-864 be submitted/accepted otherwise the mother would not be granted the immigrant visa.

I also have a problem after clicking "pay selected fees". It does not go to another page. I tried both Chrome and IE.
