Pending interview

On 11/17/10 we called immigration and they did a service request.. we received a letter today stating that according to their computer system our application is pending at the Atlanta office for an interview.. it also says a notice will be mailed when an appointment has been scheduled and to follow any instructions on that notice.. my worst nightmare, an interview I don't do well with interviews and may get emotional.. we were separated for 8 months but have been together for over a year now.. we are fine.. but we don't know what they want now.. I mean will they separate us or will it be together.. what kind of questions do they ask.. we were hoping for an approval without an interview.. of course we don't have anything for that time period and that's a long time.. we didn't have an AOS interview.. so we have no clue of what to do your help will be greatly appreciated

They probably want to ask you about when you were separated, so just be prepared to tell them the story. Usually they don't separate people on the first interview, although it can happen. Worrying doesn't do any good, so if at all possible, calm down They will ask you about your lives, that's all. Be confident. Good luck. Read other ROC interview reports, they aren't all bad.
