hi im new here i need help i got my approval on july 13 and me or my fiancee got any notices all i received was a noticed that my fiancee was going to receive a packet shortly witch she never received then since it was taking to long i decided to call the department of staate and they told me that they indeed sent the packet and they sent her the appointment "cita" on october 5 so i called the consulate in santo domingo and they told me that they did sent it but my fiancee never received it to make a long story short i called this number which i had to pay 7.00 with my credit card and they told me that i have to call in 4 weeks so they could give me more information i would like to know if this happen to anyone before and if they would reschedule another appointment or if i would have to start another process all over i appreciate anyone that helps me god bless

May 13,2010- Visited in Cebu, Philippines

July 01, 2010 I-129f mailed to Cali

July 06,2010- USCIS confirmed delivery

July 12,2010- NOA-1

July 21,2010- file touched

Nov. 19,2010- NOA2 Approved!!!!

Nov. 24, 2010- NVC received

Nov. 30,2010- Hardcopy recieved in mail

Nov. 30, 2010-case number received from NVC via phone

case forwarded to Manilla

Dec. 06, 2010- paid Visa fee at BPI

Dec. 07,2010-Embassy recieved

Dec. 28, 2010- Appt. finally scheduled

Jan. 11,2011- Medical exam

Jan. 18,2011- Interview APPROVED!!!

Jan. 19,2011- Visa printed

Jan. 22, 2011- Visa delivered

Jan. 30, 2011- Guam

As long as they hear from you then they'll usually extend the validity of the petition approval for up to one year. You shouldn't have to start over. If your fiancee hasn't sent in the documents for package 3 yet then they haven't scheduled an interview yet.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
